• No payments are taken until after works are completed. However on
  larger installations a deposit may be required.
• Repair work is guaranteed for a minimum of three months. This
  warranty excludes drain blockages, glass repairs or if engineer has made a
  replacement recommendation that the customer declines.
• Labour on installations are guaranteed for a 12 month period and any parts for
  the duration of the manufaturer’s warranty period. Please note that after an
  installation, if a part was found to be faulty, labour to rectify the
  problem would be chargeable.
